2. The top 10 candidates for CNN Hero 2009 will be seen via flash and you will see the list of the 10 people which you can vote. Look for Efren Peñaflorida’s name with photo.

3. Click on the “Vote” button. You will be led to the official page of the CNN 2009 Hero you are voting for.

4. Then, you will be asked only to fill in the correct security codes. After typing in the codes to the box below it, click again on the “Vote” button (colored red).
